Shipping Policy for Canvases - Domestic United States
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of the canvas and the delivery location. The following are standard shipping rates and delivery estimates:
Small Canvases (Up to 12" x 12"):
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 - Delivery within 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: $12.99 - Delivery within 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: $24.99 - Delivery within 1-2 business days
Medium Canvases (12" x 12" to 24" x 24"):
- Standard Shipping: $9.99 - Delivery within 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: $17.99 - Delivery within 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: $34.99 - Delivery within 1-2 business days
Large Canvases (24" x 24" to 36" x 36"):
- Standard Shipping: $14.99 - Delivery within 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: $24.99 - Delivery within 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: $44.99 - Delivery within 1-2 business days
Extra-Large Canvases (36" x 36" to 48" x 48"):
- Standard Shipping: $24.99 - Delivery within 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: $39.99 - Delivery within 3-5 business days
- Overnight Shipping: $74.99 - Delivery within 1-3 business days
Shipping Carriers:
- We use a variety of carriers for shipping, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used depends on the size of the canvas and the delivery location.
Order Tracking:
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
- We ship to P.O. Boxes using USPS only. Additional fees may apply for larger canvases or expedited shipping options.
Damages:
- We take great care in packaging your canvas; however, in the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
